Sorry, workshop tickets are non-refundable once purchased.

On occasion we may be able to move you to an alternative date depending on availability. If you’re no longer able to make the class, and no other dates are available, if possible we’ll post our a kit for you to make at home or provide you with a gift voucher to the value of the workshop. 

Should any government guidance be in place at the time of the workshop regarding Covid and face to face sessions, workshop kits will be posted to your home address and we’ll run the class online. 

If you’re no longer able to make the workshop, we may be able to move you to an alternative date depending on availability. Please contact us directly. If no other dates are available, we’ll send you a kit in the post or provide you with a gift voucher to the value of the workshop. 

Please note that workshops have minimum attendance levels and may be cancelled in the event if too few bookings are received. We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses at any given time. If we cancel a course, we shall endeavour to give you at least one week’s notice. You’ll have the option of transferring to another course, or having a full refund of the ticket cost.We’ll not be liable for any losses arising (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation) due to modification or cancellation of workshops or timetabling constraints as set out above, beyond the ticket cost. 

We’ll endeavour to ensure we have food and drink options to suit all dietary requirements. Please contact us a minimum of 7 days before your class to allow us time to prepare.

Full payment must be received at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Please note your place isn’t reserved until full payment is received. 

If you’re unable to attend a class or classes due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons, you’ll not be entitled to a full refund. We may however, at our own discretion offer an alternative option, with which there may be an additional charge.
