Local delivery

Edinburgh and East & West Lothian: Monday - Saturday between 10am - 6pm. 

On your chosen date, our in bloom drivers will aim to deliver your order between the hours above for local postcodes. Unfortunately we’re unable to guarantee or specify a time slot. Eligible postcodes for local delivery are EH1-EH37; EH39; EH41; otherwise please select nationwide delivery. Check your postcode here.

If no one is at home to receive your order, we’ll leave a delivery note stating whether it was left with a neighbour or in a safe place. If neither is possible, it’ll be returned to our store in Marchmont and we’ll contact you to arrange collection or re-delivery. Please note there’s an extra charge for redelivery. Then you’ll receive an email to confirm your order has been delivered. 

Glasgow deliveries are made via courier. 

Same day delivery

Same day delivery is always offered within EH9 and we can often provide same day delivery throughout Edinburgh and the Lothians, especially if you order in the morning. Please contact us to arrange this. 

Nationwide delivery

Monday - Friday: Please order before 2pm for next day delivery.

Saturday: Please order before midday for next day delivery.

Our UK wide delivery is via DPD for next day delivery (tracked) if ordered before 2pm, at a cost of £8 per bouquet. You also have the option to select a preferred date for delivery (please note we’re currently unable to deliver to the Scottish Isles, Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Scilly Isles. This includes the following postcodes: KA27, KA28, AB31-AB56, IV1-IV63, KW1-KW17, PH15-PH50, PA20-PA78, HS1-HS9, PH42-PH44, FK16, DD1-DD1.).

DPD will contact you ahead of delivery with a 1 hour window on your chosen date. If no one is home to receive the order, a slip will be left by the courier detailing whether the flowers have been left safely or returned to the post office.

Refund & returns policy

We pride ourselves on delivering the most beautiful blooms and providing excellent customer service. In the unlikely event that you’re unhappy with your order, please contact us via email at hello@inbloom.studio and state your order number. Depending on the situation, we may either offer to send out a new bouquet or a partial/full refund.
