Our Contract

All orders and subscription requests are subject to acceptance by ‘in bloom studio’ and any of its personnel. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to reject any order without providing a reason. In the event of a decision to do so, we will refund or cancel any payments received in full, via the payment method used to place the order. Acceptance of your offer and completion of the contract between us only takes place when we start to process your order.

Delivery Dates

As a part of the checkout process on this website, you will be able to request the date of delivery of your first order via a comment box, whether that delivery is part of a subscription or a one-off order. We will make every effort to meet your selection, but please note delivery dates cannot be guaranteed & there may be occasions where we are unable to satisfy your request.

Editing and amending your order

You can view your full subscription details within your ‘in bloom’ account, which can be found at www.inbloom.studio/account/subscriptions If you would like to make a change to your order or subscription, including amending the delivery address or card message please contact us at hello@inbloom.studio or give us a call on 0131 629 1618, with your order number to arrange. Please note changes can only be made prior to your order being prepared for delivery. 

Suspending or cancelling your subscription 

If you would like to suspend your subscription, change the delivery date or address for your next delivery please contact us via phone on 01316291618 or email hello@inbloom.studio & we will be happy to help. If you would like to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time from your account which can be found at www.inbloom.studio/account/subscriptions.

To cancel your subscription or amend your personal details please login to your customer profile where you will be able to submit your request. You will receive a subsequent email to confirm your request has been fulfilled. 

Subscription Prices

The price for each order within a subscription is the price at the time that a subscription is set up. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion, to raise our prices at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, price increases from our suppliers and partners. If we raise our prices, we will give our subscribers not less than 30 days notice before their next delivery and provide the option to cancel your subscription free of charge. If we receive no contact from you 36 business hoursprior to your requested delivery date, we will assume that the changes are accepted by you and your order will proceed as amended.

Payment Methods

We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard credit and debit cards and PayPal. In order to offer the best security, all our payments are processed securely by Stripe payments.

For all subscriptions, your credit or debit card will be billed at checkout for your first delivery only. For subsequent deliveries, you will be billed on a recurring basis every week during which a delivery is scheduled. The amount your card will be billed in any given week will be the value of your order(s) for the given week subject to any changes previously notified to you as above.

If you create an account, your card will be stored securely by Stripe so that you can check out on future visits without re-entering your card details.

‘in bloom studio’ will never store or have access to your credit or debit card details.

Delivery 

All prices for delivery include VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated.

Delivery is calculated at checkout unless confirmed otherwise. 

Delivery will be made to the address detailed by you at the time of placing your order, via the website, telephone or in person. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether. Information on the postcodes we deliver to is available on our website. 


November 2023 Competition

The competition will run from 00:00 on November 1st 2023 until 23:59 on November 30th 2023. Entries received after closing date will not be accepted.

Referred to within terms as the ‘Prize’, the winner will receive a medium signature bouquet (£45) and box of Charbonnel et Walker Sea Salt Caramel Truffles 120g (£16), delivered.

The prize is non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives to the prize in whole or in part.

Prize can only be delivered to an address within the UK (within our UK delivery radius).

To enter you must sign up to the in bloom mailing list via the form with first name, last name and email address.

You must be over 18 to apply.

One email entry per person. Bulk, automatically generated or third party entries are void.

The winner will be selected at random and notified within 48hrs via email. The winner has 48hrs to claim prize or a redraw will happen.

In bloom studio reserves the right to share media received from entrants and/or winner on their marketing channels including, but not limited to, website, social media and printed collateral.
