Flower Subscription FAQs

  • Not at all! We just ask that you try it for a few weeks/months and if you don’t love it, you can cancel.

  • Absolutely! Subscriptions make amazing gifts. You can set one up for delivery so the recipient receives their flowers right to their door, or they can simply pop in and pick up.

  • Yes! Just send a ‘skip my order’ email to hello@inbloom.studio 72 hours before your next charge date and we’ll sort it.

  • If you’ve chosen to collect your subscription and you can’t make it when agreed, call to let us know on 0131 629 1618 and we’ll hold your flowers in our flower fridge for 24 hours. After this time your order will be forfeited. If you still can’t collect, we can deliver for an additional fee.

  • For local deliveries, we will leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card with details of where we have left the flowers, such as with a neighbour or safe place. If we’re unable to safely leave your flowers they’ll be returned to the shop and the sender notified with an option to pick them up or pay for a redelivery. 

    For deliveries elsewhere, a slip will be left by the courier detailing whether the flowers have been left safely or returned to the post office.

    Please note that it is the sender’s responsibility to ensure the correct address for the recipient. If you make a mistake when placing your order, please contact us asap and if the flowers have not left our premises, we will amend for you! 

  • Yes. We’ve designed our service to be flexible. So if you’re going to be on holiday or perhaps want to share your subscription with a friend, just send us a ‘divert my subscription’ email to hello@inbloom.studio 72 hours before the scheduled delivery date with the new address for that delivery and a card message, and we’ll swap over for you.

  • You can cancel your subscription by logging into your customer account, selecting subscriptions and cancel subscription.
