In Bloom Guarantee
We are committed to offering the freshest flowers available & as such all of our bouquets are guaranteed for 5 days.

We recommend on arranging your flowers at home, you trim the stems at a 45 degree angle, place in fresh water & keep out of direct sunlight/away from candles.

Refunds & returns policy
We pride ourselves on delivering the most beautiful blooms & providing excellent customer service. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact with us via email: hello@inbloom.studio and state your order number. Depending on the situation, we may either offer to send out a new bouquet or a partial/full refund.

Cancelling your order
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel any orders after they have been placed & payment received, we can however amend orders where required.

Editing and amending your order
Wrong delivery address? Need to edit the gift message? Selected the wrong delivery date? No problem, just email: hello@inbloom.studio with your order number and let us know what you would like to edit or amend.
